The Roof Medic has been a dream to work with from the start to finish. I had never had to deal with roof issues until we discovered a leak in multiple locations in our house. All of the other roofers that we dealt with were unhelpful and barely took the time to even look at our roof as they just wanted to file a claim with insurance and be done with it. They helped us identify what caused the damage, educated us on the damage and even helped us submit the issues to Insurance. This really was key to the experience – knowing that someone was there to help you and wasn’t just there for the money.


The actual roof repair went quickly and I was truly amazed at how at the end of day there was absolutely no sign (minus a beautiful roof of course) that they had been there. Such quality work from this group and just good people. (name deleted) was extremely helpful and treated us more like a friend he was helping then a roof client. He gave us so much roof knowledge we like to now point out roofs when we drive around!
