Why do I need help filing a claim?
Honest answer: if you’re comfortable getting on the roof with the inspectors, know the full terms of your homeowners policy, and speak insurance fluently, you might not. Most homeowners aren’t and don’t, and that’s fine. Here’s what matters: your insurance company usually isn’t the one inspecting your home. They hire a third-party inspector to take pictures and give opinions, and that inspector works for them. We work for you. We’re on the roof during the inspection, making sure nothing goes unaccounted for and every area is properly photographed.
