What A Maintenance Visit Includes
Our team removes all debris from the roof, then performs a complete visual inspection. We document the condition of your roof before we begin and again after we finish, so you have a clear record. Anything minor that needs sealing is handled during the visit. If we identify an area that needs repair, you receive a written quote for it.

Choose The Schedule That Fits Your Property
One Visit Per Year, $199
A single annual visit covering debris removal, visual inspection, before and after documentation, sealing where needed, and a written quote for any repairs we identify. This schedule suits homes with limited tree coverage, where debris builds slowly over the course of a year.
Two Visits Per Year, $299
The same scope of work, performed twice a year. We recommend this schedule for properties with heavier tree coverage, where one visit will not keep the roof clear through both leaf drop and storm season. The second visit is 50% off, which is why the two visit plan is $299 rather than $398.
Cover Five Years With One Payment
Both plans are available as a five year prepayment with your rate locked in for the full term.
- One visit per year, five years: $799. That is the cost of four years, with the fifth year included.
- Two visits per year, five years: $1,245, a savings of $250.
You will not receive an annual invoice, and your rate will not change for the length of the plan.
