I cannot thank Roof Medic enough. Julian came out to inspect our roof that had a lot of moss growing on it due to very large oak trees shading the property. We were sure we would need to replace it soon but we didn’t realize we had storm … More damage as well. He thoroughly walked us through the insurance claim process and even came out the day the adjuster was here. Our roof ended up being covered by insurance! What a blessing that was for us old retired folks. They estimated that they would possibly need two days to complete the job but they were able to finish in one very full day. It was starting to get dark when they were cleaning up which may be the reason for my only complaint. We have found to date 24 roofing nails on the asphalt driveway. I’m just hoping that none find their way into our tires or any visitors we have. I would still highly recommend Roof Medic.

The insurance company pushed back so I decided just to get the repair done where the leak is at. Paid the … More deposit almost 2 weeks ago and was told that Production will contact me. I haven't heard from Production and when I reach out to the office or Pat I am told they are very busy. I have read in other reviews that their communication is good. I would like to see this. I am not asking for them to get to me fast but since I paid the deposit then at least keep me up to date. I look forward to getting the work done and giving Roof Medic the 5 stars they most likely deserve.
Update: Production reached out to me and scheduled the repair. Looking forward to commenting on the work when it is completed. -
